"We sure appreciate positive reviews, and this one has a little negative to it. Not to make excuses, but this was indeed a large job, and we were working in the midst of blizzard weather. Accommodating the move-in of a family, while doing all that was requested and fulfilling scheduling necessities all worked together for a little juggling, but I was unaware there was any real issue with it. I do believe there was some misunderstanding about the scheduled date of move-in - not sure (can't remember) how that played out, but it seems that somehow we thought we had an extra week before the clients were actually moving in. Good communication is definitely a two-way street, and it is important to keep in touch through all steps. It all worked out, and we are glad to have been of service, including even shoveling snow and arranging driveway snow plowing for the move-in activities. We do try to work with our clients with scheduling needs, and especially with the quality of our work, for which we are most happy that you are satisfied. Thank you for your review!"
