AFTER SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR AN UNDER CARPET HEAT MAT, WE EXCHANGED EMAILS AND WAS SENT INFORMATION FOR A MAT THAT WOULD WORK IN OUR HOME. WARMLY YOURS DID THE LAYOUT AND SENT THE PRODUCT THROUGH THE MAIL. I DID THE INSTALL WITH THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. THE MATS WORK GREAT.
