Appliance Repair
I agreed to pay for the gasket in advance. When it arrived, Michael contacted me to schedule the repair. He was punctual and pleasant and performed the work quickly. The door still did not close securely and he advised that I would also need to replace the hinges. Very fine experience to this point.
I authorized payment for the services, but the billing to the credit card company also contained the gasket again (at $140). I advised Michael and suggested we just offset it with the hinge replacement he would perform in the future.
Weeks went by, with many calls to Michael. He finally scheduled the work, but was a no-show. Many more calls to Michael. No response. Lousy customer service.
