To say Rod is an expert is not an exaggeration. He asks your opinion of where/ what you see as being the cleaning challenge; he then carefully reviews the entire job for any other identifiable stains, brings them to your attention; and explains what the process will be for cleaning the carpet or rug. He works diligently and takes care to make certain any furniture "feet" will not stain the dampened surfaces. Eventhough there are several pieces of large equipment that are used, Rod takes care in moving them about the house. He also cleans up thoroughly. Quotes are available and the final bill is reviewed in detail.
