I purchased a new Lenovo All-In-One Touchscreen desktop end of 2020. Within 6 months, I had to send it back under warranty because the touchscreen and mouse features were malfunctioning. In less than 8 months (and now out of warranty) the same problems had returned. I called Marc from Triangle Computer Services and described the ongoing problems. He thought he knew what may be going on and asked if he could log into my computer remotely. I allowed him to log in and watched him checking all the components. He asked me if I use the touchscreen and told him no. He asked if he could disable the touchscreen function because he believed that was the problem. Now one week later, I have used the computer daily with zero issues! Thank you, Marc, for your honesty and professionalism! You could have come to my office and made a “house call” and charged me as well but chose to earn my confidence the easiest way possible. Marc was very professional and very patient since I am a novice with a computer. He also answered questions I had on various functions and tasks concerning the computer. Later that day I encountered a problem and called him the next day. He was able to solve the issue with a phone consultation. I would use him again in the future.

Marc fit me into his schedule pretty quickly.  He arrived early and worked fast.  He knows more about computers and operating systems than anyone I have talked to.  He also was willing to explain what he was doing as he worked.  In addition to the CPU, he connected two printers, an external hard drive, a new monitor, speakers, and insured that my WiFi worked.  He updated my Microsoft Office software and insured that the operating system had all the 8.1 updates.  He installed Quicken, the drivers for my UPS system, and WebRoot.  Finally he gave me a quick lesson on what I needed to know about Windows 8.1 so that I could actually work.  The pricing was very fair.  I would use him again without question.
