I've waited to write this, so I can be as dispassionate and objective as possible. I would definitely feel guilty letting others wade in, unwarned. I actually read all Brad’s reviews and I can’t help noticing that majority of his positive reviewers are anonymous and in this era where product and service positive reviews are bought I would be more careful in believing what’s real and what’s not. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called attorney! To say that I am disappointed with his service would be an understatement. I hired Bradley Schencker to help me with my divorce case. In the beginning Bradley Schencker will lead you to believe that he has your best interest at heart but in fact truly his interest is in your money. If you can afford it by all means go ahead and retain Brad Schencker but make no mistake you will regret ever paying him a dime. Bradley Schencker will lure you in with his unbelievable flat fee service and make you think that’s all you’ll ever pay for his service but he will take your money and in the end not only will he not resolve your problems he might even create new ones for you. Brad Schencker requires many pointless meetings during the six months period will drag the time in order to surpass the six months retainer agreement only to come back and ask you for more money and if you have the guts to complain about it he will have the audacity to tell you that he did so much more work for you then you paid him so far. He will then schedule a meeting with you to tell you that you cannot afford his fees for continued representation. This must be a joke. Bradley Schenker did not evaluate my case the way he should giving all the years of experience he claims to have in the family law arena and all the material I have given him. Bradley will tell you everything you want to hear but all I got from him was empty promises. I had prior experience with family attorneys and I must say that in my opinion with respect to family court arena Brad Schencker has little knowledge which is why at the end of my case Bradley was obligated to pay my ex-wife’s lawyer attorney fees. I am beyond disappointed with Brad’s representation and would not use him again nor refer him to anyone ever.
