These guys are truly the best. I had to take my car here a couple of times bc of my lead foot and they have gone above and beyond with all my expectations. For example, they are straight forward and honest in every category. They told me what needed to be done and what could wait if I chose. Moreover, they worked with my insurance company and got them to cover everything (all 3 times). Finally, the car was done on time and looked brand new, the quality s flawless every time. I have never met anyone who was so eager to help someone. We have been in our home for 18 years but every time I call with a quick question, he will go above and beyond to get your question answered immediately. His expertise is by far the best out there. I can't say enough good things about Steve and his entire team. This was my first time obtaining a mortgage and had no idea how to proceed. Steve talked me through the early steps and sent me pre-approval letters for a 2-flat and a 3-flat within 24 hours. That was typical of the responsiveness and professionalism I experiences through the whole process right up to our successful closing. My email inquiries were typically answered on the same day, often within a couple hours, and the information either provided or requested was explained clearly and simply. Excellent experience, and I won't hesitate to use Steve's services again or enthusiastically recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Steve was very helpful in telling me what I needed to do and what benefits were offered to me as a first time home buyer. He was never bothered by my emails or questions and was always able to help or connect me with the right person to answer my questions. As a first time home buyer, I was amazed at how well Steve and his team handled my loan. I knew what to expect every step of the way, and there were no surprises at all. I got to know Steve's team and who handled what. They responded to my e-mails and phone calls promptly, and Steve was even accessible on his cell phone, so I could reach him anytime. And what's more, when at closing some unexpected costs came up, and my lawyer tried to fight it, Steve was willing to cover the costs for me, but in the end, we were able to apply some money from my second mortgage. He puts customers first and having a good relationship with them is very important to him.
