The folks at Software Plus did a wonderful job of removing a root virus that had infected the PC laptop. The laptop also runs much faster. The store and service center has been there a long time. The staff is very honest and they do great work. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone with a PC that needs a tune up or a virus removed.
