SNL responded to my request for a market analysis very promptly and provided a very fair and accurate market price for the property. They gave sound advice on how to highlight the features of the home and were very detail oriented. In addition, they explained the process very thoroughly. I never felt pressured to list with SNL. They were down to earth and genuine; to top it off they charged a reasonable commission....very different from the other real estate agents I interviewed.

They were on time for every appointment and answered phone calls. Emails were always returned promptly. They guided me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I always felt comfortable from the time listing was published to the closing.

The listing was wonderful - the wording was accurate and very descriptive for any potential buyer and the photos were beautiful. I have seen photos online and then visited the actual property and felt I was mislead by the photography. The photos taken by SNL were beautiful and did a wonderful job of representing the actual rooms and the landscape of the property.

SNL clearly has years of experience and the expertise to really make sure a buyer or seller is completely satisfied with their services. They take the time to go above and beyond what you'd expect. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity and how they take pride in a job well done. They really enjoy their work and it shows.

Heard about SNL Properties through friends. Contacted them and they immediately made an appointment with me to see my home and evaluate it's condition and marketability. Advised me as to what they thought needed repair or rejuvenation. Talked about pricing and what market conditions were at the time. Advised me to price home in accordance with market conditions. ( which proved to be the best advice ) I had to remove many things which were not needed from my home and they gave me a list with many options for removal. Also, I wanted to sell my furniture and they recommended having a house sale and an agent who was wonderful. Sold my home in four days. Talked to me about qualities I wanted in a condo and we found one in a week. Helped me with all the details, large and small and made sure I understood all the aspects of the selling of my home and the buying of the condo. They had integrity and honesty. FABULOUS !!!
