I called John and over the long weekend and he was first to answer my call vs others had their voice message stating to leave a message. It’s like calling a Helpdesk and getting real person on the other line who answers your questions. He gave me window when he will arrive and he kept his promise. He was fast and diagnosed problems quickly. He helped me understand why my door cable broke and what I should look for. He was professional and quick on addressing the issues as well as replaced only the parts required. Thank you John.

John answered the phone and walked me through the options. His price is very competitive. He and Nick came and installed the new opener on the same day. Amazing how smooth and painless this was, all due to the highly professional team.

Replaced both garage door springs of a two-car door. He upgraded my 1.5 inch springs to 2 inch springs as part of the job. Answered right away and we scheduled a time. He called a bit earlier than I expected when I was out of the house. He ended up doing the job at a time later than originally discussed, but he was very friendly and professional and I would hire again. Cost was similar to other quotes I received.

Garage door did not always open / close completely, and squeaked badly. Tech oiled the rollers, adjusted one of the electric eyes, and checked the settings. He was done in about 15 minutes, and spent 10 minutes reviewing with me what was done & future recommended maintenance. At $130+ for the call plus $20 for 'lube', the service is pricey but got the job done.

Nick Faruzzi came out , had some eyes in the truck installed them & it worked very good. He also checked out the overall condition of the door & even though it was old thought it didn't need replacing at this time. I recomended them to a friend & Nicks father came out, fixed the problem for a good price, made another happy custormer.

John the owner came out within 2 hours of me calling. He explained what he needed to do and got the work done in 30 minutes. Not only did he replace the springs but also performed other maintenance on the door to keep it operating. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy, I'd recommend him to everyone.

I texted John on Fri night and he responded on Sat morning and came around 10AM. It just took him 10 seconds to figure out the problem (open gear broke) and around 40 min to replace a new gear kit on. Professional, responsive, he also provides emergency garage door service.

They were able to come the very same day to check the garage door that stopped working. They were able to identify the root cause and gave us an option to repair or to replace. We decided to replace, as it was due. They came the very next day and replaced it with no issue. The door looks very nice.

I usually call around to compare, but John was so personable and his quote so reasonable, I asked for his help right off the bat and got quality repair and service. You can tell John believes in doing a job right. He replaced the attachment bar, stabilized some wire, tightened a few screws, and applied some oil/grease. My opener worked even better after he finished. So much so that my neighbor asked for Rapid Overhead Garage Door's number when he saw how well my garage door was operating.

He was great. He gives a 3 year warranty with everything he does. He told me that we do not need a new garage door for at least 3 years and the price he quoted me for a new one was right within reason. He honored my Angie's List coupon and took off an additional 10%.

The door broke at 3am on Saturday morning and was fixed by 3pm Saturday afternoon. He was working another job when I got a hold of him but knew immediately from our conversation that the cable had jumped the track. He said it would be a minimum of another hour, he called a couple hours later to tell me he was on his way. Fixed it in about 30 minutes, new cable, new bracket for the door where the arm attached, bent the track back into place. Door has been fine ever since. Very reasonable piced

John called me quickly and came to do the replacement quickly. He installed the new opener and a new rail because the one I had was pieces bolted together (in bad shape) and the one he installed was one straight single rail. He did this in a few hours and cleaned up after himself, including all the debris and old parts. He was pleasant, efficient and his price was very good. I paid for the new opener and the rail for what others asked for just the opener. I would highly recommend John and Rapid Overhead Garage Door to everyone.
