She did opposite effects from consultation. In consultation she (Deb Lucafo) said she would use wash technique on foyer and powder room walls, and layered technique in master bath. She did the reverse. I even left out the email she sent me, but she did not bother comparing to notes from consultation or the email. Also there was an issue with her prep and clean-up, especially in the master bath. Overall, professionalism is an issue when the effects are reversed from the consultation, without re-consultation with the client. I tried to reach her throughout the day, and she could not be reached by phone. She also arrived more than 2 hours late for the start of the job. I spent a good hour scraping paint specs with my finger nails from the new vanity top, and from the sinks. There was also paint in the tile grout on the floor that had to be scrubbed out. It seems insufficient prep work was done before work was begun, and insufficient clean-up after the job was done.
