I contacted Luis Perez, from a neighbor's referral, to re-do a dry creek in my back yard. He promptly came to give me an estimate, which I accepted. He was willing to work with me around my schedule and the other additions I made. He completed the work in the estimated time, much to my satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, reasonable, prompt and a VERY hard worker. I'm very happy with the work he did. I will definitely hire him to do anything I need in the future. Description of Work: Removed existing stones, from established dry creek, which had sunk into ground. Replaced those stones as border for new creek, corrected slope for water flow, lined ground with black plastic, filled in with river rocks, place stepping stones, established underground drainage from downspout into dry creek.
