I contacted Luis Perez, from a neighbor's referral, to re-do a dry creek in my back yard.
He promptly came to give me an estimate, which I accepted. He was willing to work with me around my schedule and the other additions I made. He completed the work in the estimated time, much to my satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, reasonable, prompt and a VERY hard worker. I'm very happy with the work he did.
