Initially, our insurance company only agreed to cover minor repairs on our 20-year-old roof. However, Mark's expertise and persistence made all the difference - he successfully got the insurance company to cover the full cost of a brand new roof. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the project. He advised us on the best color and material options and handled all communication with the various contractors. The entire job was completed within just one week, and the results are stunning. Not only does our home look amazing, but we also feel confident knowing it's well-protected from the elements.
