Mark was INCREDIBLE!! He was professional, worked hard, and explained what he was going to do. In the six years that I've been administrator here, he's by far the BEST IT person we've had!! He fixed several issues we needed fixed, plus found other issues (and fixed them) which improved our work performance overall!! Definitely recommend Kozlov Tech Services, LLC!

It's working now and updated Windows 10 and apps. Excellent job.

Mr. Kozlov is not only incredibly professional but also multi talented in being able to work with, and in my case, correct computer issues I created in my technical ignorance as well as anything I ask him to Install or fix. When he makes a house call here, he arrives thinking he is going to work on a particular issue, but I keep adding new things that need to be done to and with my computers. Nevertheless, I have yet to throw him for a loop! He is quickly responsive when one needs an appointment unlike the big box tech services I have used in the past when I would be advised that a technician could not come to my house for at least three weeks. I am happy to recommend Mr. Kozlov to you.

Fantastic! Mark Kozlov arranged my appointment and kept me up to date as to when he would arrive at my location. He was right on time as promised. Mark is very professional, very cordial, and answered all of my questions during the process of the transfer of info between computers. Mark comes to the location to perform the work ( as compared to when I have had to lug all of my equipment to my previous computer repair vendor). Remote repairs are also available for the appropriate issues that can be managed by Mark accessing the customers computer remotely. All work was performed seamlessly, efficiently, and with great expertise. Everything works! I am very particular as to my standards for adding service providers to my "go to list". Mark Kozlov is definitely on this list! My experience with Mark was far superior to my experience with previous vendors.

Mark Kozlov was everything I reviewed above, .. and well beyond! I'm totally in love with the notebook he suggested (which was offered to me significantly less costly than what it was advertised on Amazon / online!). Thank you SO MUCH to Mark for extending the distributor (or whatever) hook-up to me. I had a computer in mind - but he suggested another ($200 ish more expensive .. but way way better) .. and I'm so grateful it was brought to my attention! Mark placed the order (I initially purchased with half the payment of the HP device), had shipped to him, and set up everything possible before he even arrived at my home, btw. Super great for time, etc. While at my home, he did absolutely everything I asked (and I had a lot of little requests), and did so while demonstrating expertise, yet speaking at my level of technology comprehension. Everything about him was great! Including being professional, but just the right amount of personable (imo, a tiny amount of small talk is lovely - but not so much that it slows things down - especially when the customer is paying an hourly rate *and* we're in the middle of a global pandemic public health crisis). He wore disposable booties on his shoes upon entering my home, a high quality / well fitting mask (that he didn't fidget with!), .. and graciously allowed me to spray sanitize his hands upon entering my home. Extra bonus : he took all my electronic junk stuff (an entire big box full) to be destroyed or recycled (depending on the item). So I don't have to wait for my town, and / or pay. I'm an environmentalist - so couldn't bear to just throw into the trash. This is the second visit to my home / project with Kozlov Services. The other (which I reviewed in several places, but perhaps not Angie's List) was in Summer 2019, I believe.

Mark of Kozlov Tech Services visited to me today (via Amazon, after purchasing a new HP printer and set up). I really like him! He's personal, but very professional .. and very very thorough, helpful, capable, and education-oriented (for a lady who's super slow on the technology!). .. He was also awesome with his confirmation communication the day before and day of .. and even came a bit later in the window, per my request. He left me with my stuff all set up and oriented (as much as my cheapie.ish HP black and white laser printer is capable of). And now I can return to the important tax documents I need printed poste haste. Also, for the time he spent, and the importance of the job (imo) - the rates should've been double at least! 5 Stars :-)

I called Kozlov Tech Services last Sunday and left a message that all of a sudden my printer wasn't working. Within an hour Mark called me back and I explained the problem that I was having. He said let's remotely go on my computer and try to find the problem. Mark was able to diagnose the problem and fix it at that time. Now my printer is working the best that it ever has.. In addition .while Mark was working with the computer he also made some adjustment to help it work smoother. Mark is so pleasant to work with. He explained what he is doing while answering any questions that one might have. I know that with any computer needs I'll be calling Kozlov Tech Services.

Well I had buy a new laptop and I was afraid to even try to figure out how to transfer everything and get it set up properly. Mark came the day after my computer was delivered and set everything up perfectly. He is very professional, was very patient with me and all my questions, and his work ethic is stellar. I highly recommend him.

Awesome, Mark was great, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Didn't make me feel like a dummy.By far much better than "Geek" at Office depot. Great pricing. Will use again! Five Star!!!!

My printer and computer was not working. He helped me greatly by fixing it and giving me information to assist me in the future. He also has checked up on me to make sure everything is still going well.

Easiest business I've ever dealt with. Had an installation issue, called support, had Mark out within a day, finished within an hour. Great, easy service.

When I texted Mark he responded very quickly even though it was a Sunday afternoon. He was able to work on it first thing Monday morning and do it remotely which was even quicker. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonable with his rates. I'd highly recommend Kozlov Tech Services.

It took awhile, but that was expected. Mark is computer knowledgeable and very helpful explaining what he did and answered all my questions. I also feel his price was very reasonable for the time he spent on my computer. I certainly will use him again if the need arises.
