I've been calling Kolbe & Kolbe for several months. I had to wait quite a while for the doors and then found out that there was a defect in one of them that their quality control hadn't caught. I've had their service man come out and the distributor's service man and they agree that there is a problem. They also sent the wrong door handles. This whole situation has been plagued with hassles and I'm tired of it. I've already paid them and am afraid that I won't get the door replaced.
