John is a true professional and a person of integrity. From the very first assessment of our bathroom project all the way through to completion, he maintained a high level of professionalism and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He paid great attention to detail, kept the work area and the rest of the house clean throughout the renovation, and took care of all the debris and cleanup. The finished bathroom shower looks amazing! I’m extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire John again for future projects. Highly recommended!

Service was very professional, honest and upfront about the cost estimates provided. At no time did I feel like the costs were unreasonable and was able to have a transparent quote provided which was itemized. There was a slight hiccup in the plumbing with a couple drips, but John took the time to make it right and didn't charge anything extra. All in all, a great contractor, and one I would recommend to others and/or use again.

John was so great to work with! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to walk us through the process of remodeling two bathrooms. John would check in frequently and answer any questions we had and even helped answer questions about other projects we were doing. He would provide updates on the progress each day and was flexible in working around our schedule. The bathrooms turned out wonderfully. We will definitely work with John again on future projects.

JCB did outstanding work. After looking over the project site, they got back to us within a few days with a detailed estimate of the project including options for different materials. Once started, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest quality. After the project was complete, they checked back with us several times, asking if we noticed anything about the work that came to our attention or needed touching up. Their highest priority was to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the outcome. We have complete confidence in their work ethic and quality and will definitely have them back for other projects.

It went very well. We are pleased with the results and impressed with the clean up at the end of each day. We are also pleased with the suggestions made along the way.
