I brought my cat in for emergency medical care for a painful open abscess on his hind quarters. This was the first time I had brought any of my pets in since the change in ownership, and I had used the former owner's practice for 18 years for pets owned during that time period. Despite this being an emergency and my animal being in pain, I had to wait 20 minutes. The doctor was able to clean the wound and I took my cat home, with instructions to bring him back in 10 days.
When I brought my cat back for a checkup all that needed to be done was for the vet to check the wound site, which was almost healed. We waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes, then we were taken to an exam room where we waited another 15 minutes. At that time (30 minutes total time at the hospital), one of the employees came by and said it would be a couple minutes longer. Wrong. I left after another 30 minutes (total time of 1 hours), after not seeing the vet.
Problem: For our emergency, I had to wait 20 minutes. Then I come back to their office for the doctor to merely spend 2-3 minutes checking the healed wound on my cat, but forced to wait a 1 hour without seeing the doctor. So when does a cat emergency equal in importance to a dog emergency?
Conclusion: I switched to a new veterinary practice.

They have a new vet. The original owner sold to a new person and he is sort of a holistic vet. That is why I recommend him. Our old vet, generally, had given too much medication for our dog. They are still pretty pricey and their staff is great. Since the old vet left the staff is perfect.

I have been using Grove for over twenty years. Drs. Boeing and Price have seen three dogs of mine through day to day illnesses, cancer and most recently bite wounds sustained at a daycare facility. Add to that my car broke down in their parking lot the day my dog was attacked and they drove us home. The office is immaculate. The doctors are very thorough. The staff couldn't be more kind to owner and pet. They are wonderful and caring. My dog enjoys going there! I have recommended them to friends,
FYI-I volunteer with a rescue group and have visited other vet hospitals as a result. Grove is by far the cleanest facility I have visited and again, the doctors and staff are wonderful to work with.

The workers at Grove Animal Hospital love our dog, Rosie. They all come to greet her and she is happy to see them as well. We went into an examining room, where Rosie was weighed. It seemed that she gained a lot of weight so the vet brought us into a second room where she said the scale was more accurate. Unbeknownest to me at the time, I was feeding her twice the amount she should have been receiving. Totally my error.
The vet was very supportive and suggested I cut Rosie down on her food intake, which I have done. The vet also said that Rosie was lucky to have us since she was a rescue dog and was not in particularly good shape when we first brought her in.
I love going to this vet. They are always so reassuring and helpful. I have great confidence in their ability to treat Rosie. They may be on the expensive side, but my dog is worth every penny!

We have taken our pets to these doctors for over 15 years. Although we have been to other vets in the area previously, we have stuck with Drs Boeing and Price because they are the best in the area. I have recommended them to friends in the area and won't take my pets elsewhere. They are caring, informative, and the office staff and vet assistants are great. One important thing--this is the cleanest vet's office I have ever been in. Each time we are there, one of the staff is cleaning something. No doggie smells, no animal fur on the floor--it's spotless.

They overcharged me. My dog had a problem and I had to take him there. They just charged me for just finding out what it was. They were not responsive. I would not use them in the future.

I originally started coming here because it's a block from my house. I now STAY with this vet's office because of the great care. Although I like both Dr's, I prefer the lady doctor. (They are husband and wife, although do not have same last name). They both ask a lot of questions, they TRULY care about all the animals. The office itself is IMMACULATE - they are constantly cleaning. All of the staff seem to really love the animals, and they're all pretty friendly. The phone is always answered promptly, appointments are fairly easy to get. My only complaint is it does seem a bit expensive, but I guess most vets seem expensive to me. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have been using them for about fifteen years. About 9 years ago I moved and I started going to a vet the was closer to my new home, an emergency occured with one of my dogs 3 years latter and the vet on call at the new hospital refused to see my pet, so I called Grove and they saw us immediately. They are amazing and they always do a follow up up call. They are they are thorough, knowlegable, and sensitive to you and your pets needs.

They are knowledgeable, clean, caring. Everything you could want in a vet.

The care and service we received from Dr. Boeing, Dr. Price and their staff has been outstanding. Our cats, during their final years, needed extensive medical oversight, medication and special attention. The team at Grove Animal Hospital were caring, understanding, informative and most of all empathetic. We always left there understanding the full out come and next steps. I have owned animals all my life and the Grove Animal Hospital is at the TOP of the list for service, medical knowledge and skill.
