+ -1 moreThe issue was resolved within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely tolerant of the ignorant (that would be me.) As the owner, he knows and cares about his craft. I would recommend him without reservation and intend to use him again if the need arrives.
Description of Work: I actually discovered this person through my warranty. Chris Dempsey, the owner, arrived on time, asked several questions, and quickly went to investigation and discovery.
