BORDERS HOME INSPECTION

Bob Borders actually did three home inspections for us. He was very professional and patient, and explained every details. More importantly, he provides us all of free consultant after the home inspection. During the inspection, the electric panel was founded outdated. When we asked the seller to upgrade it, the seller get another electrician to inspect and tell us it is still function. Bob help us to talk with the electrician, and make him agree that the electric panel is obsolete. And the seller finally agree to upgrade the electric panel on their own cost. I am very happy with the Bob's work.

Mr. Bob is a very good gentleman and he came to inspect our home for buying. He pointed very good points and was also able to check if the sellers had fixed everything. He was very polite in explaining everything and gave a comprehensive report. One thing we found was that our crawlspace had water and Mr. Bob Borders said that he could not see any mold and he said that mold has to be tested. I feel now in retrospection that he could have not said that he did not see any mold, for obivious reasons. This may have prompted us to test before we bought. Also I have heard that there are home inspectors who have devices which could help determine if the walls inside have mold etc (I am not sure of this, have only heard.) Anyhow Mr. Bob did not have this. But he did a good job and over all we were happy.
