Excellent. Cabinets were delivered in perfect condition when promised. The Banner salesman was helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. Banner is not the least expensive option, however, there service and quality make it worth while to pay a bit more.

We were able to go to the back area and actually view the tub we were ordering, and got a valuable piece of information on choosing the tub color, so it would match our sink and existing toilet. (Arctic White, not cream white)
We were able to try out the shower heads in a demo area, and see spray types.
Although Dee worked endlessly to help us find a vanity, we opted to buy elsewhere due to time and budget constraints. Both service staff we worked with were extremely helpful, as this was our first renovation project.  
Email messages were answered immediately.
Delivery was prompt and the delivery man brought our tub up to our split level bathroom himself. All items were accounted for and I have to say-Banner has very professional personnel on every level. It was a pleasure dealing with both sales staff members. 
Be sure to give them your contractor's name when asking for pricing, to be allowed a discount which is considerable. They offer a HUGE variety of products, so ASK for options to meet your needs and pocketbook...they will work with you and aim to please.
