All was well - they were fast and we were pleased.

I usually rent one of the cleaners from the local hardware store, but I was pregnant and on bed rest this time and just wanted to hire someone. Apparently, I wasn't cleaning thoroughly, because the residue and dirty water that was pulled into his machine was really gross. I am happy that I had them come and clean the area because it was a better price and easier situation for me in the long run. My carpet was so cleaned I forgot the original color. He was very respectful even when my mother talked his ear off the whole time.

It was hard to communicate with them to set up a time for the work to be done. There was no one to answer the phone, only a recording.

Purchased a deal from Angie's List.  America's Property Maintenance Services provided an initial response to schedule time right away.  Due to the early cold, the timing needed to be postponed.  When the work was done, it met my expectations.  My only negative comment would be that I needed to follow-up with them to schedule a time after it was initially postponed.

The service went well. It looks like they did a very professional job. I had to wait a bit to schedule the service because of the weather. Two or three technicians came out and completed the work in less than an hour. I did not interact with them much and wish I could have talked with them a bit more, but that was not their fault. They did a great job cleaning up after the service.

They came when I wasn't home. I'm happy that they covered this. They also called me in advance to tell me that they will be coming on that day. It was easy to get a schedule that they contacted me and told me when they will be out.

Went very well! We received a call the day we purchased the deal for scheduling. The cleaning was done the very next day. They left a receipt for services they did and items they noticed that needed our attention. We were pleased and would use them again!
