I had a home warranty, and they paid them to install the unit. It was professionally done. They didn't leave any trace that any work had been done. They cleaned up everything perfectly. They worked in the basement of my home and on the outside. Everything was very well secured and very professional. The only thing that they could've done better was to reach out to me or the service company, and to be more proactive on getting the job done. I had to keep calling them.
The price was excellent with having the home warranty. I would use them again in the future.
Igor was prompt, courteous, and went out of his way to help me on an unrelated item.
When I initially called, I had to leave a message on a voicemail (of which I'm always leery), but Igor was prompt on calling me back, and said he was already in the area so he could look at it the same day (can't get better service than that!).
He immediately recognized the cause (bird's nest in the air intake--oops) of my direct-vent furnace, and charged a reasonable amount (under the home warranty deductible, even) for the assessment.
I will definitely be using Acme Tech for additional needs in the future!
