Fantastic service. I've used Gene a few times, his inspection saved us from a money pit many years ago. He gives candid and helpful advice on what needs fixing and what doesn't.

Gene did an excellent and thorough job.  He was punctual and professional and covered all of the bases.  We received his very detailed report that very night (even sooner than the next day we were promised).  We did not end up buying the home but we will use Gene again on our next offer.

Gene came out as scheduled. He was very professional in inspecting and assessing the whole house. He was honest and blunt. There was no sugar coating. He walked through and explained each and every single issue he found. Great work.

Mr. Bobrov, did the following:
1. Ran all faucets to check flow and drainage, which was excellent both from Mr. Bobrov's viewpoint, and from what I saw.
2. Checked Heating System, which due to it being over 30 years old, it needs much work, in fact we will probably replace the
whole HVAC system.
3. The Electric Stove was turned on to check both the top burners and oven. All was OK.
4. The windows were opened and seals checked. Work needed to be done on several of the windows.
5. All lights turned on and plugs were checked for proper ground, etc. He found problems with some GFIs, which we will
have corrected.
6. He looked over everything else in the Condo, walls, flooring, etc. to see if anything else wrong could be spotted, and gave the Condo, the OK.
Mr. Bobrov was very thorough, and provided us with an excellent and quot;hard copyand quot; report of his inspection. Very professional and we would definitely use Accu-Spection International again. I did not know of Mr. Bobrov before our inspection. He was recommended by our Realtor who is very critical of all individuals that she works with, so if he met her high standards, then he must be good. This is the six home my wife and I have purchased in 33 years, and this inspection was the best. I would certainly recommend Accu-Spection, and Mr. Bobrov to any and all who want a and quot;job well doneand quot;.

We were initially referred to Gene by our lawyer. We have used him
twice for home inspections. His findings were the reason we backed out
of the first house. So when we found another home, he was the first
person we called. He is punctual, thorough, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I are very grateful that we used him. He is not only very detailed in his work, but he also can give you a realistic idea of the severity of a problem and options for repairing it. We absolutely recommend him!

They did an excellent job. I liked them a lot. The price was good for the service they provided. It was worth it. It was a pleasure to deal with them. They did what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again.
