Terrible. As I stated in my other report (his other company name, Phoenix), Illya does not listen to the customer. The sanding was rushed and actually ruined the one antique (bumps). He stained both items much lighter than what was agreed to. I had a client who was not happy with the stain he provided on her piece but decided to "live with it." So, I gave him another chance and was clear about the stain. He told me he "got it" but didn't have time to bring me a stain to pre-approve. The pieces were received on my behalf by a sitter. I called him as soon as I saw the pieces and told him I was not happy but agreed to give it some time to see if I could live with it. I have given it 5 months and still am unhappy. I spoke with Illya and he yelled at me and refused to fix them citing many reasons which were untrue.
