They were excellent and I had no gripes whatsoever. They came on time and did everything right. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Tricky to diagnose leak coming from an older fridge. Technician was easy to work with and we agreed on repairing three items. Parts were ordered and repair went well. Had them come back a month later to fix a broken dishwasher soap door and repair also went well. Very good call center and easy to work with.

These techs did an excellent job. They first removed our old appliances, which they took away for us when they were finished. They installed a new ice maker water line, ran new lines from the dishwasher to underneath the sink, and hung the new microwave over the new stove. Work was performed most efficiently, while keeping the work area clean throughout this job. They ran the dishwasher to make sure no leaks occurred, made sure the refrigerator and stove was perfectly leveled, and tested each appliance. We would welcome these techs anytime since Abt always sends very knowledgeable people who complete their tasks with perfection.

I had called Abt based on their ratings and had had a lot of questions on different models of washers and dryers. They answered my questions fully and patiently. My old washer had broken down so I needed to replace it immediately. The one I wanted wasn't in stock so they offered (and I accepted) a higher priced model for the same price (the same for the dryer so that they matched). The delivery team came at the scheduled time, set everything up for me and explained everything to me. The whole process from the first call to the delivery went smoothly.

I scheduled service on my clothes dryer. The morning of service the tech called and asked the brand and type of clothes dryer so that he could put parts in his truck. I said I did not know but I would call home and find out the brand and type of dryer. I then asked if he would call back? He said yes. He never called back. He came to my house at the end of the day in a big big rush and spent 5 minutes (only putting his hand on top of the dryer) and determined that my vent needed cleaning. I said great do you have a ladder and he said "oh that's another department". I don't understand this, I called service (which turned out to be $166 dollars for a 5 minute call) for a simple fix but he doesn't clean the vent? Abt needs to call in a specialist to clean the vent? Is vent cleaning brain surgery? I asked if the call applies to vent cleaning and tech said that it did not. The morning of service he called to say that he was going to put parts for my dryer on the truck but after saying that he'd call back he he didn't take 60 seconds to call back. This leads me to believe that I was set up for a second call long before the tech arrived.. The vent cleaning is $189 and so I called to complain. They gave me a $33 credit. This token gesture isn't good enough. Maybe Abt is forgetting that half the reason people shop at Abt is service. If I am buying at Abt solely for price then I better shop around a whole lot more. I am feeling that Abt has such a good business that they are not worried about individual customer complaints. Additionally the tech was in such a rush when he called in the morning and such a rush when he came for service in the afternoon it was almost rude.

Excellent customer service. They are excellent instillation. It too probably about an hour. They put a dishwasher in, and a microwave in, and the dishwasher took a little bit with getting the hose hooked up. The microwave was like 10 minutes, but the dishwasher was a little longer. They are excellent, and thy advertise services, that is their hallmark. I just started checking them out other wise I go to the big box places and their service is all not that great.

I like them. Their service is much better than I have found before. They do everything, I haven't had any repairs I have just bought them. For instillation all I know is buy and instillation. They were excellent.

The overall experience was excellent. I had only one issue, when they came out to install the dishwasher, they said it wouldn?t fit. They had a custom installer come out and he said it would fit, and it does. If they had sent out a more experience installer to begin with, I wouldn?t have had the hassle of having to reschedule twice. 

Their whole idea is customer service. They are very customer service oriented and they want to make you happy. They will do whatever it takes until you?re happy. I have brought things from them for like 20 years. The workers were very polite and I would say professional. They don?t lollygag or anything, they do their job. As I said, except for that first delivery, everything was top-notch. 

I have bought two washers, two dryers, my entire kitchen with them. A refrigerator freezer combination, a wall oven, a flat top.

They service what they sell.

Excellent. We purchased appliances and Abt put them on hold until our kitchen remodeling work was completed. We were not sure if a French door refrigerator or a side by side would fit. The Abt salesman said side by side and the contractor said French door. So I purchased both. I agreed with the salesman but I went with contractor's recommendation. We received delivery of the French door refrigerator only. Abt said they would exchange it for the side by side if it did not fit. It fit.

I have also purchased TV's from them and everything has been reasonably priced. When they have come out to install the appliances, they always did a professional job.
