The project went very well. We are very pleased with the workmanship, responsiveness and quality. The granite looks beautiful. Owner was patient and very helpful in guiding us in selecting the best material for our project. Also, very easy to work with and communicative. By comparison, prior to The Marble Place, we had a different company install marble counter in dressing room and it looks terrible; so we are now going to have The Marble Place repair or replace it. From now on, we will only use The Marble Place for our project needs.

Joe and the plumber came to the house ~ did some work, left for lunch, when returning to our "gated community" ~ Joe damaged the entry gate. As homeowners we were fined $500 ~ Joe promised to pay...HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD! NEVER PAID US ONE PENNY! DO NOT TRUST THE MAN! HE WILL NEVER DO WORK FOR US AGAIN!

Very good job. All done in one day. I would hire Joe again.

Before I hired The Marble Place, I fretted about details, like haul-away, how the sinks and faucets would be replaced, etc. I purchased my own kitchen sink and both faucets while Joe at TMP supplied the bathroom sink. He took care of the sink installations, and also brought in his own plumber to unhook, then install the new faucets. This entailed some new pipes, etc., included in his original estimate. He took care of everything with great care, and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. I love my new counters, and I am so glad I used The Marble Place -- 100% satisfaction!

Having had experience with providers where the work they did had to be corrected, we really wanted to avoid that.  We went with The Marble Place based on a contractor's review that praised the quality of work performed.

Joe Bianchini came to our house to review the work that needed to be done.  He was extremely helpful in advising us about the countertop choices.

He and his workers arrived on the day promised.  They were very professional and meticulous in the removal of the old countertop and the installation of the new.

We are very pleased with how the new countertop looks and how it was installed.  There have been no issues with the work.

If you want it done right the first time, we would recommend The Marble Place.

Joe and plumber arrived on time and completed task in about 4 hours.  Remounted sink and everything has been great since.

First of all know that Joe is an artist at heart. He looks at your job and the granite you picked and makes the seams and backsplash fit beautifully matching the grains and lines of the stone. If you are going to spend on a great piece of stone make sure you have a fabricator that will do it justice. Joe will do that. Two of these jobs were not at my house, I was doing tiling and cabinetry work for the two different clients and coordinated with Joe to do the countertops. As a contractor myself I have used at least 4 other granite people to do jobs for me in the past, but not anymore. Every other fabricator I have used has had to come back to fix something. Seams with gaps, uneven installation, scratches, I had a sink fall out one one job, another installed the heavy granite on the faucet supply line and one fabricator took a saw to the supporting part of the cabinet and cut right through. It collapsed and he said and quot;he always does it that wayand quot;. So, everyday when I look at my own granite countertops and see the scratch that another guy did I think of Joe and how I wished I had used him. So, specifics. The kitchen was pretty straight forward with cuts, nothing too challenging but the counters were a beautiful honed multicolored stone with many grain lines. He made sure the lines continued through the seams so the seams became almost invisible. It is beautiful. On the bath the granite was a honed black/blue color but it was a vanity sink top with a drop down to a dressing table top and a back splash and side splashes. The cuts to make the two backsplashes intersect with the overhang was incredible. Not sure I could even do it with paper. He looks at the stone and visualizes where the cuts will go. For my house he took a piece of honed marble and cut it to match an old curvy shaped side table that I made into a sink. The workmanship is beautiful. Needless to say I'm sold on him and will have him do another two jobs for me in the next month. I will have to say the only thing that is a negative is he is a small company so you have to be flexible with times. So, as a contractor when people ask me for references...I got a great granite guy.

Just came down to price. I don't always pic the cheapest price but this didn't even make the top 3 as far as pricing went so I couldn't cosinder it at all.

Joe Bianchini and his employees were outstanding. After visiting his store in Brookfield, Joe arranged for us to visit two different warehouses to select our specific pieces of granite. After doing so, Joe came to our house, and temporarily removed our old countertops in order to make templates/patterns for his work. They then replaced the old countertops and reconnected the sink. This was required due to us not using a back splash, therefore requiring precise measurements for the granite. Joe and his team cut, formed and polished our granite. He and his team then came and once again removed the old countertops, disconnected the plumbing and then installed our new granite countertops. The fit was perfect! Joe is a real professional, and very knowledgeable of granites and natural stones. We also purchased the under-mount stainless sink from the Marble Place, and had Joe arrange for the plumbing work (temporary disconnect, reconnect and installation of new sink and faucet). He worked closely with us on a very tight time line, and met all committed dates. The countertops are beautiful, and we couldn't be more pleased. We recommend The Marble Place / Bianchini Stones Inc.
