Very well. The guys did an excellent job, The windows are so much nicer than my old ones. They worked in two days and got everything installed. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant. The only downfall was I ordered the windows in July and didn't get them installed until October. I didn't expect to wait three months, but it was well worth the wait!

We needed a replacement storm door. We went to the show room in Brookfield and selected a door and described to the salesman how the door should be placed. Our interior door opens to the left and the storm door opens to the right. We also requested installation before Labor Day and was told that would be done.
The Friday before Labor Day arrived and we had not heard from them, so I called. I was put on hold for a lengthy period then told that our door was in but someone would call me back.
Naturally, our door was not installed by the promised date.
The door was installed the next week but there were multiple problems. The greatest problem is that the pneumatic tube/arm abuts against the interior door knob. I have bruised myself multiple times when opening or closing the door . I believe that a professional should have told us about this problem when we  described the set up of our doors and ordered the door.
Other problems were: the interior and exterior of the glass were covered in fingerprints that were not removed, the workmen broke our doorbell case and they left behind tools. 
There was no attention to detail from the salesman through installation. It was a disappointing experience.

Novy's was professional and responsive . Installed a new steel door in only a couple of hours.

The quality of work was good. We found out this past may, that there was water leaking in through the window and we called the company, the owner came in immediately and found the problem. We are very happy with the company. They came in, they introduced their products and they spent time with us to discuss the process which was very important as we didn't know anything about it. We will use their service in the future.

What impressed me was the workers. They took a long time insulating the windows. When it rains I don't get any rain inside.

Job went very well. Allan came promptly and gave the estimate. Work was performed efficiently and professionally by the crew. Clean up was done properly. Had one problem with a defective screen which Allan took care of the very next day. Happy with product and with installation.

They were fantastic. They have been in business for over 40 years. It was $2,800 for windows and $700 for the door. They were professional and had great customer service right from the beginning, from the salesman to the installation. We didn't have any problems. The owner was the father and now the son runs the business. We have dealt with them for many, many years. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He came out quickly when we called them. He has a store that we could stop and look at different windows. They don't push any particular windows. He is very honest and he will give us his opinion but it was our decision. We shopped around. We are looking to start some more work with them in the spring of 2012.

The work was done great. Everything looks fantastic from a cosmetic standpoint. The entire job was done in one day, they7 were very efficient. I enjoyed working with Novy.

They did an okay job with the windows. They did it in 2 sections, one 1 year and the rest the next. They did an excellent job with the siding. The prices were good, they were punctual and did what they promised. They did the job well and they gave me everything they promised. They cleaned up well after wards, too. I would recommend them.

We hired Noviy's on two occasions to replace our front door, storm doors, and some windows. Their work was outstanding and we will definitely hire them when we replace the rest of our windows.

Allan was very helpful with product selection. The team that replaced siding and gutters did a great job. The team that replaced the doors did a very good job. Novy used there own workforce.

Owner and Vice President Allan Bartulis really knows his stuff! He came out to do my bid. I knew nothing about replacement windows and he took the time to carefully explain everything to me. His suggestions took into consideration the needs of my family and how we use our windows and doors. His follow up was great as well. Novy's installation crew was quick and professional. I am thrilled with my windows, and with the service I received.
