Luis and his crew were outstanding. They were always responsive, on time, and have incredible depth of experience (more than 20 years). They don't just replace your gutters; they look at total water management to be more effective at how the rain is dispersed. They suggested moving some downspouts to provide better flow away from the foundation. In addition, they are master craftsmen when it comes to the actual installation. Their attention to detail and managing tricky roof sections was exceptional – plus, they left it cleaner than when they came. The owner actually followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I was satisfied with their work – great customer focus. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainfall! I can't say enough about and highly recommend Moore Construction!

Excellent work repairing our roofs. We were especially impressed that, after the first visit, when we discovered that one spot on the roof was still leaking, workers returned, no questions asked, to revisit the work at no extra cost. It now appears to be fixed. Professional, polite, and diligent team.

I have used Michael Moore and Moore Construction several times. Previously for storm windows, a new shingle roof, and new gutters and downspouts for the entire house. Most recently they replaced an old torch down roof on a complex barrel shaped front porch roof. My home is an older home and they went the extra mile to make sure they didn't take away from the old features of the home (including installing a custom drip edge so that the detailed moulding would not be covered). As a company, they communicate well, are punctual, honest and the work is excellent. You can't ask for much more in a contractor. Highly recommend them.

I had all of my gutters replaced by Moore Construction. I obtained 3 estimates, Moore was the most reasonable by far. They worked quickly on the primary gutter replacement job. They were also able to accommodate moving a downspout location and some fascia painting so things would match. I would recommend Moore and rehire them if I need any future work!

The estimate for the work was very timely and reasonable. Because the roof had been penetrated by the tree limb, the office was nice enough to push up the scheduling for our project. Even with beastly hot weather, the work was completed promptly and it was well done. The work crew was professional and friendly - and they took care to protect our landscaping. Would definitely hire them again.

Everyone I work with at Moore Construction is always great! Our roof was replaced about 10 years ago and we’ve hired them for other smaller projects (such as soffit repair on garage). I get quick responses when I call the office. The people who come out to do the work are prompt, efficient, clean up after themselves and are just nice guys. After some big storms we occasionally loose a shingle or two, but I never have to worry because they come out to fix within a few days. I never have to worry about them honoring the warrantee on the roof. They are nice people who I feel pride themselves in taking great care of their clients.

Moore Construction is so impressive! They were so professional from appraisal to final inspection! They have great attention to detail and go above and beyond what they promise! I highly recommend Moore Construction for any needs! They are able to provide whatever might be needed I.e. including tuck-pointing! Their workers are prompt, professional and eager to please! The owner calls on every job they do while they are doing it to answer any questions that you might have! Michael Moore runs an excellent company. Communication was excellent. Any question I had was immediately answered. Work began on the day I was told and was finished exactly on time. Clean up was thorough leaving my place and neighbors place spotless of debris. The crew are all professionals that have a long history with the company. It is clear they take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

In 2019 I used Moore to install gutters soffit and gable work it was a nightmare of a job from the lack of knowledge of the crew, to Luis the salesmen who was no help at all addressing my concerns to Michael who threatened to put a lien on my house,everywhere there’s a nail there’s a dent,the aluminum looks wavy from one end of the house to the other there’s a long list of problems and issues I experienced with Moore. After the threat of a lien I paid the balance realizing they couldn’t do the job right the first time it didn’t matter how many times they came back. I’ll hire someone else to to make it right. You will be betting a lot of money you will be satisfied with Moore the safer bet is try someone else. good luck with your project

They do a really good job on flat roofs.

The Moore team was efficient and cleaned up beautifully after replacing the roof. Our roof looks great and also keeps the water out. Moore Construction wasn't necessarily the least expensive of the three bids we got but they were always on-time, and did excellent work. We would highly recommend the Moore team again for garage roofs and would consider them next for our main home roof.

The people at Moore Construction are truly professional and provide the utmost quality. The cost estimator came out and write a proposal detailing the steps and the cost. The workers showed up on time and tore off the old siding then put a beautiful siding on (see attached picture). They cleaned up and used plastic tarps to protect the patio. The walked me around after the job. They cleaned up and even used a magnetic roller to pick up any loose nails. I cannot be any more complimentary and would highly recommend them for any siding or gutter work. This is the second time we had them do a job as they put new gutters on the first time. Even the owner called me up to see how it was going with the workers.

We interviewed four roofing companies, all chosen from Angie's List. Moore Construction's estimate was somewhat lower than the other three companies but that is not why we chose them. We had worked with them once before when we had new gutters put on our house. That was a very good experience done extremely well. Moore's representative, Luis, came to our house to see what needed to be done. He was extremely helpful in explaining the various issues regarding the house and garage roofs. We had two major concerns, one was the steepness of our house's roof and the limited access to the roof due to the close proximity of houses on either side of ours. The other and more concerning issue was taking every precaution not to disturb or cause any damage to our neighbors' properties. We received our estimate within one week. The estimate was very clear and understandable giving all the details of what needed to be done. On the day that the crew arrived Luis introduced us to the crew. He then asked to meet our neighbor. He introduced himself to her and explained what needed to be done and assured her that all work that would be affecting her property would be done with the utmost care. She was very satisfied with his explanation and we were very appreciative of this extra measure. Every day the crew always cleaned up everything extremely well. The crew arrived every morning promptly and worked very **** ** our steep and difficult to get to roof. The work site was completely cleaned after every day. We received daily calls from Michael Moore to discuss the progress of the work and explain the steps as they occurred. These calls were very helpful and informative. Mike's concern for the successful completion of our project was very evident. The end result was that we now have beautiful, new roofs on our house and garage. The quality of their work exceeds all of our expectations and the extra efforts they took to assure our neighbor that the work would be done safely and without any disturbance to her really was a great relief to us. The finished project cost approximately $15,000. A very reasonable price for the best results we could ask for. The professionalism, care and concern given by every member of Moore Construction, Inc. easily allows us to highly recommend this fine company.

Moore construction was responsive and professional from the estimate through the installation. They did great work.

Moore Construction is excellent. I talked with several roof repair companies ( some listed on Angie’s list). Moore demonstrated the professionalism, timeliness in coming by to inspect the roof and providing a quote in a timely manner. They clearly explained what needed to be fixed in detail. They also provided a quote showing that there was a warranty on the materials/repairs. They accelerated my place in the repair priority due to my situation. They continuously kept me informed about the status of the repair. The workers who came also notified me that the original builder did not seal the bay roof windows and pointed it out so I could also get that repair done by them concurrent with the roof . They explained the job again on the day they arrived to do the repair. The owner called me personally during the repair process and the workers send photos to the owner to validate the work is done. The Moore Construction office staff is exceptional — very professional, polite and competent. I recommended Moore Construction to my next door neighbor who is also having issues with their roof. This is a top notch firm and I would highly recommend using this firm.
