Very back responsiveness: It took weeks to just have him come over to give us an estimate and took weeks for them to come over to get the job done.

Kit came out to the house to review needed work and provided a timely estimate. Ketchmark wasn't the lowest estimate we had gotten, nor were they the highest. We were confident in the company's professionalism and reputation, so that played heavily into the decision to hire. The work was completed within two full days. The workers did a great job and cleaned up any stray dirt or mulch from the sidewalk, neighbors' driveways, etc. The yard is completely transformed and livable again.

They were very professional, cleaned up daily,  Kit provided us with great input to help us with our decision making process.  After all these years, the brick pavers are still in place.  None have sunk, raised up, or come out.  it looks just like the day it was completed!!

Did beautiful work. Very professional and polite. Asked for my input a couple of times. Left a clean worksite.

I had described the job I wanted to Kit Ketchmark. He sent a crew of 3 people with all their equipment. They timed it right to catch last of the year end period. They cleaned up the grounds all the way around my corner lot, mowed the lawn, trimmed the grass edges at the sidewalk. The place looked really neat when they were finished. 
I have known Kit for a long time. He is a man with integrity. His crews reflect his character and are very hard working and productive. You will not find a better firm to hire for your yard work.

We had a communication problem this year for the first time missed their mail to me/didn't get phone calls returned intitially, but got it straightened out before the first big snow. They show up and do a good job. Last year, I had a problem with them plowing over some of those driveway markers intended to keep them from upending flagstones marking the edge of the driveway. 

I never got the estimate because they were too busy.

Called the Company, got an answering machine.  Left a message with what we wanted done and gave them the number they could call.
Never got a call back.  Received a letter from them with the quote on Saturday. 
They apparently misunderstood what we wanted to have done - mentioned the two stumps that we wanted to have removed and then added " along with two adjacent pine bushes".  What!
The price they gave, obviously included things that we didn't want done. 
This could have been avoided, if someone would have had the courtesy to return our call, and any miscommunication would have been cleared up.
And then to MAIL a quote! 
It was a very professional looking quote, I'll give them that.
 I figured it wasn't worth the effort to call to advise them that they had misquoted the job, based on the fact that they couldn't be bothered to call us to begin with. 
We went with someone who called us immediately, went to our house to look at the job, and then called us right then and there with a quote.  
Job has already been done.

They did a great job. It was very good. I've dealt with them in the past and it has always been good.

All work was performed in a timely matter.

These people are fair in their pricing and do a good job. I have used them for years. They cut my lawn weekly and clean my garage gutters a couple times a year. They are professional and the workers are polite.

He's a good guy. The service was excellent!

They worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished within a few hours. By the time they left, you couldn't even tell that they had been here, they had cleaned up after themselves so well! Kip, the owner, was very nice and willing to work with some changes that I wanted, even one on the day that they were here to do the work. I would definitely use Ketchmark again in the future.

Punctual and professional. Great job with aeration and blowing out leaves and debris from bushes and sides of our house. There were a few places where our lawn was "scalped".

WE decided to give Ketchmark a try after they provided some "good neighbor" assistance. My wife was working in the yard and had run into a large rock buried beneath the grass line. As she was trying to pull the rick from the ground, the Ketchmark guys stopped their truck and got out to help. Needless to say, they were a big help. But more impressive was that they were just being good neighbors. Soon thereafter we had them aerate the yard.

They do a great job. It's hard to speak to a person because they are always working but they do reply to messages and are prompt in their work. They really take care of the plants and the lawn. I compared prices against 2 other local places and they are fairly priced and I recommend their services.

They did very good work each time they are out to provide service. They are very professional and provide great service. Their prices are a little high.

I was extremely pleased with Kethmark's committment to seeing the job thorugh to a successful conclusion. They stand behind thier work. Kit and his men were very professional, and very dilligent in completing the work we agreed on. Kit also returned phone calls in a timely manner, and did the work, when he said he owuld, even though our jobs were relatively small. I have recommended Kethmark to friends of mine without reservation. I will use Kethmark for my future landscaping projects.
