The gentleman was prompt and very kind when he showed up to my house.  The estimate was just too high for me at this time.  I did tell him that I would call him at a later time when I was able to get this job completed.

Made an appointment for estimate for bathroom remodel with John Hickey, he said he would call back the day prior to confirm the time. He did not call nor did he call or show up the following day. I called again the morning of the appointment and again received no call back. I have not ever heard from them again after my initial call. This is extremely poor service and rude.

The subcontractor came in as promised and the old floor was removed and disposed of immediately.
The new flooring was installed with new baseboard molding replaced and color matched. 
We are very pleased with the service and craftsmanship provided by Santora Carpets of Glendale Heights.

Brad did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. He removed the old tile and repaired the wall underneath before installing our new tile. He cleaned up very well at the end of each day. He was very professional and a great communicator, always returned calls and came when he said he would. He is a very hard worker.

I was extremely happy with the entire process. Brad helped selecting the material and due to his expertise ultimately helped update the design with a different material that was more cost effective. As we have 3 young children, Brad made sure the job site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day.  We now use this room much more frequently and couldn't be happier.

Brad and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. I realized that when you take on a large project like this, you end up seeing the contracting team almost every day for 4-5 weeks. With this in mind, it's important that the team is courteous, easy to get along with and takes pride in their work. Brad and his team did a terrific job. His team cleaned up from the job site every day, without prompting, which I found to be a differentiator. Brad is a great communicator, and he made sure I stayed up to date throughout the process. He also made sure that we were happy with the work throughout the process. We made numerous design changes throughout the process, and Brad worked with us to integrate these into the overall plan. I felt he was very reasonable and the price paid was well worth the work performed. He was not the cheapest quote we received, but for the quality and warranty provided we could not be happier. 

We have used Brad and his team for numerous other projects in our home and he is the only person I now call for my remodeling needs.
