The first time we met, he did a minor repair for us, no charge. I had a pair of speakers stands that had been broken for 15 years; Steve fixed them in 5 minutes. We had a mysterious noise in the basement, Steve identified and fixed it in 10 minutes. Instead of charging us for a dumpster for our tear out, he sold appliances and fixtures for us on Craigslist. With left over kitchen cabinets and an old door, he built a laundry table in the basement, no charge. He can be hard to get ahold of, but he shows up like clockwork, works his heart out, and is focused 100% on the job at hand. He doesn't always answer e-mail quickly, and he's sometimes hard to reach by phone, but when he's working for you, you get his complete attention. If he doesn't respond to your email for a day or two, be patient. He's worth the wait.

HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAS A GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.
