Transferring from another state was complicated by the fact that the first agent we worked with at another agency was very incompetent. Fortunately we found Andrea 1 day before we were due to fly home and she was able to give us more information about the area, prices, the communities, resources and schools in 20 minutes than the other agent had in a week. She assisted us make 2 offers on two homes (the second one was accepted) and we were very happy with her services. The experience really taught me the importance of a decent agent particularly when moving from out of state. Would gladly use Andrea again.
