This is the second time using Eco Windows and doors. Once again Lukas was outstanding! When he came to see the door that needed to e replaced at our new home, Lukas knew exactly what we needed. He also examined our windows and replaced several hand cranks and the wood pieces that were defective. Lukas is extreamly professional and extramly good at what he does. He takes the guess work out of everything right down to the color!

ECO Windows and Doors replaced back door, also replaced front door lock, also replaced trim around vent on outside of building. Lucas was very nice, very educated about doors and installation, pleasant to deal with. Workers were prompt, crew worked efficiently, cleaned up nicely, did a nice job on installation, very pleasant to deal with. Edita (in the office) was very nice to deal with. They called prior to the appointment to make sure things were ready, and Lucas came by after the work to make sure things were done correctly and in order.

The professionalism and customer service was excellent.  I was extremely impressed with their service and follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied.  The pricing was excellent compared to the 3 other window companies we looked at for a similar product.  I would definitely recommend them to others that are in the market for new windows.
