MIKE'S FIRM WAS A REFERRAL FROM A TRUSTED SOURCE. WE SET UP AN ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, FROM OUR INITIAL PHONE CONTACT. HE WAS POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RAN A BIT LATE BUT CALLED WHILE ON HIS WAY TO EXPLAIN. ESTIMATE WAS FAIR (MITIGATED BY THE FACT HE COULD BEGIN ALMOST IMMEDIATELY), AND WE SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE NEXT MONDAY. HIS CREW WAS ON TIME, SET UP NICELY AND GOT TO WORK. JOB REQUIRED 2 DAYS, THEY CLEANED THEIR WORK AREAS COMPLETELY BOTH TIMES. THE ACTUAL JOB - ESSENTIALLY REMOVED 1 LARGE AND 1 SMALL WALL FROM OUR STAIRWELL (OPENING IT UP SIGNIFICANTLY), DID ALL THE PATCHWORK, NEW DRYWALL AS NEEDED, PRIMED. RESULTS LOOK GREAT, STAIRWELL/STAIRS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. WORK IS HIGH QUALITY, HE'S LOCAL, LICENSED, KNOWS AND LIVES IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. WE'LL USE HIM AGAIN!
