BROOKFIELD TREE SERVICE

The tree still had about 7 wires through it (phone, cable, etc.) The crew was amazing! They worked so well together it was as if they could read each other’s mind. It took several hours to cut the tree down. They cleaned up all the branches and debris in my yard and 2 of my neighbor’s yard too. I also had 3 large branches taken down from another tree to keep my roof clean. I had several tree services come out and some wouldn’t give me a written quote, just told me it would be expensive with all the wires. From the quote to the tree down was less than 2 weeks. Discount with paying cash. Would use this company again.

Peter, the owner, came over within a day of my call and gave me an estimate on 8/4. He made a point of showing me his insurance coverage, which I had forgotten to request. I didn't get bids, but the cost seemed reasonable based on past services, so I accepted the offer. He said his crew would be there within the next week or so to do the job. He called 8/7 to okay start time and date and called again this morning to say they would arrive in about 15 minutes.  The crew of 4 or 5, including the owner showed up on time, did the job, including clean-up in about an hour and a half and left the yard looking good. I was very pleased with their service, courtesy and competence and would use them again.

Peter gave me the best estimate BY FAR out of all the companies I contacted. He told him he could do it at the end of May. He actually called me one week earlier and said he could do it then. They came out and in less than 2 hours were finished with removal of tree, stump, and cleaning. Left no traces of being there. All in all a great experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

They arrived promptly with special equipment to reach the tallest branches. Very pleasant and good communication. Peter checked with me as the work progressed to see if I want more branches removed and also offered his professional opinion about how is best to keep the trees' symmetry and balance. They did a lot of work for the money, and I am happy with the result. Peter is not a professional arborist, and he was very honest and told me that, when I asked his opinion about how to care for a tree invaded by English ivy.

Came as promised; misjudged the amount of work on one tree but stuck to the estimate he had given us. (we gave him a little extra). Picked up nicely. The workmen were all pleasant and nice. Would definitely use again.

Brookfield Tree Service was an excellent service provider from the get go. Our situation was urgent because the tree (a 100 year Mulberry tree with a trunk base of at least 72and quot; diameter) was uprooting and tilting towards our and our neighbor's property! Super impressed at the responsiveness. Peter called me back the day I called (a Tuesday) and showed up exactly on time to look at our tree the following day. Originally scheduled the work to be done the following Monday and he ended up coming on Friday because he felt like our job was the priority. Peter and his crew did a great job. They removed the tree quickly and safely, cleaned up all debris on our property and our neighbors. Highly recommend Peter and his crew.
