He was punctual, prompt, extremely professional, polite, and very responsive. The job was done very well at a reasonable price. I can recommend him without hesitation.

Patrick did a nice job on a variety of projects including installation of recessed lighting. Pricing was fair and job was done quickly with an immediate start date. Plan on hiring again.

Patrick Manning was great in communicating to us when he was available.  He was first coming on 10/16 but called in enough time to let us know that 10/17 would be better. He confirmed and arrive as scheduled on 10/17.

Patrick was very prompt in responding to my install request, just 2 days for service. Installed the receptacle in just 45 minutes pulling a hot line from another lighting fixture in the ceiling. Was very pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions thoroughly. No mess whatsoever and cleaned up the area. I would request you always get a bid from him before awarding the work to someone else.

Patrick was very responsive and friendly.  He came out and did what was needed and no more.  The new boxes look good and operate very well.

I called Pat & left a message.  Within a few hours he called me back & set up a time to come out on the day I suggested.  He was right on time. he not only put up the chandelier I needed, but also installed a new bracket on the outside main electric line which was starting to come loose & installed a new outside  GFI outlet. . It was a pleasant  experience from start to finish.  I will definitely use Pat for any future electrical work I need done.

We bought a remodeled house and thought everything was in top notch shape. Days after moving in, some outlets in the house were not working and we were not able to use the washer and dryer as it was creating a short circuit. All in all, as new homeowners, Pat explained everything to us and pointed out the errors that were made by the previous contractor and why it was causing the malfunction. Pat worked really quick to get the job done. Any future electrical work we may need done, we will certainly contact him.

Very nice to work with. Very knowledgeable and does excellent work.
We put in totally rewired 2 rooms in our basement. Put in about 20 recessed lights several receptacles, etc. A total of about 10 circuits.
Per my suggestion, we did this project on a time and material basis, and I was very glad we did it this way. This was a complex project that required several revisions as the project progressed.
I wanted to be there when the work was being done so Pat come out 3 different weekends.
If you are looking for the cheapest rates... Pat is not your man. If you are looking at high quality work a fair price... call Pat.

Patrick was excellent. He showed up on time, gave us an estimate and did the work the same day. Everything works perfectly and I would recommend him to anyone interested in good electrical work at a fair price from an extremely responsive contractor. This was a totally rehabbed home, but there were some things that needed to be corrected.

We would absolutely use Patrick again. He was responsive, gave us a very reasonable price, was punctual, had the parts he needed, and quickly fixed the light fixture.

I actually have used Patrick previously. He was brought in by referral to fix shoddy electrical work that was done by a previous not so experienced gentlemen. Not on Angie's list may I add. He is honest and efficient. I know that when he comes in to do the work it is done perfectly and efficiently the first time and I have no worries. He is also professional and overall a very cordial person.

Patrick, the owner, was great. He arrived on time and prepared. I had sent him pictures of the panel in it's place so he could see what he was dealing with. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and kept the mess to a minimum considering the scope of the work. He replaced the entire panel and labeled the new panel all in about 6 hours. Patrick was professional and extremely proficient and did great work. I plan on using him for all future electrical updates. His prices are extremely good. Highly recommend!
