Hal (owner/president) promptly returned our call (within 24 hours) to schedule inspection of work requested. At our first meeting a few days later, a bid was provided on the spot and in writing. A crew member was dispatched within 24 hours of contract acceptance to take window measurements and windows were available for installation within two weeks. Installation was initially proposed within 3 days, however, it was delayed at the homeowners request for one week. Crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, removed all debris, and cleaned up all work areas at time of completion.
