AA Phil's 24 Hour Lock & Key

Great service. Phil came out within a couple of hours of calling. Fixed lock on back door that I have been having problem with for years which previous locksmith could not fix several years ago. Price was also reasonable.

Great! Dave was quick, courteous and respectful of the social distancing guidelines.

Phil was super nice and very responsive when I called after having locked myself out of the house. He was able to come out to assist within the hour.

It went very smoothly. Arrived before the estimated time and promptly replaced locks and provided key sets.

I called Phil in the mid-afternoon and he mentioned he had a few other jobs he was committed to and would call me back to say when he would be available. He called about 20 minutes later and said he would be heading to me shortly. He arrived exactly about when I expected from where he was coming, he had a professional yet personable demeanor. Knows a great deal about locks and variations.

This is why you use Angie's List!  Before coming out Phil asked me to describe the problem, and send pics of the front door assembly.  He recognized that we had a Baldwin door-set and that there is a common fault that occurs with this brand. Instead of charging me for the parts that he figured I would need, he told me to contact Baldwin and that they would probably send the necessary parts for free, which they did.  A few days later, the parts arrived and Phil came out to do the work the next day.  Because I knew he could have come sooner and just charge me for the parts that I ended up getting for free, there was no way I wasn't going to use Phil to fix it, whether he was available right away or not.  What he did was too big of a sign of his honesty.  Anyway, he arrived when he said he would, and replaced the bolt.  He also saw an issue with the latch and fixed that on the spot as well...all for what I felt was a very reasonable fee.  As you can tell from this review, I cannot recommend Phil highly enough.  Great guy and great service!

I called Phil on a Friday evening after finding solid reviews on Angie's List.  Phil came out with 30 minutes and went right to work.  Was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.  He quickly re-keyed 2 deadbolts and 2 knob locks and made me the spare keys that I needed  He was here about an hour.  I was so glad that he answered the phone and was willing to come out so quickly.  I'm glad I found his company and he seems like a good guy to do business with.  I will definitely keep his card.

He was extremely responsive, and helped out right away.  Our keys were stolen to the house, and he came over within an hour to replace the locks.  Very punctual and informative.

Phil was absolutely professional and nice. He was at my house quickly, got me in to my house in no time, and most of all, was trustworthy. He showed me evidence of him being licensed and bonded and checked my ID to make sure I was really the homeowner. This may seem like a given, but one locksmith I called hung up on me when I asked if they were licensed and bonded. I was very stressed about the situation.  But, the whole time, he was very friendly and professional. I was impressed and saved his number to my phone in case I ever need it again! Would definitely recommend.

Phil was very responsive and flexible in when he could come to our new house to fix a lock, replace a knob and deadbolt, and rekey all the doors.  When he got there, he let me know which type of lock to get and then said he would just come back in a day once I had received the new lock.  Super friendly, knowledgable and did a great job.

Phil came within a half hour of me calling him, replaced the broken latch, filed down the top of the door a bit and adjusted the strike so that the door would open and close properly.
The whole process took about 20 minutes.

He was very courteous and professional and did the work in a timely manner. I truly appreciate Phil picking up my call and being there when I needed him.
