The installation was near seamless. They were very punctual and professional. They were custom ordered and it took about 10 days for the countertops to come in. Scheduling was easy for the installation.

The reason I go to them is because they cut the wood pieces for me exactly where I want them to. I just use the amount of wood that I need and the rest of it I leave it there because I don’t need any junk in my house. The only thing that I like most is the wood cut that I get from them. The store environment is fine and clean. Everybody is helpful. I don’t have any bad things to say about them. They are nice and they will help you. Everyone should give it a try there. I got exactly what I wanted. Their price was competitive. I would use their services again in the future.

THIS HOME DEPOT STORE IS AWFUL. THERE IS NEVER ANY HELP AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED, THE SERVICE THAT YOU DO GET IS LESS THAN ADEQUATE AND MORE THAN ONCE I HAVE COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND CARRY ON INAPPROPRIATE CONVERSATIONS AROUND CUSTOMERS. I HAVE ALSO HEARD, WHEN IN THE STORE, COMMENTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME COMPLAINTS.

I RECENTLY VISITED THIS STORE DURING THE DAY ON 3/17/05 AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND EMPLOYEES WHO WERE QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AT THIS STORE ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS WERE QUITE FRUSTRATING: YOUNG, INEXPERIENCED HELP WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MOST THINGS. I HAVE CONCLUDED THAT I SHOULD ONLY VISIT THE STORE DURING THE DAY ON A WEEKDAY TO GET COMPETENT HELP. PERHAPS THEY STAFF EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS WITH INEXPERIENCED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, OR SOME OTHER NOT-VERY-QUALIFIED FOLKS.
