DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look at their company on Better Business Bureau.The owner Wolfgang's son came out in August, charged $144.00, said he would order the part, then this business ignored phone calls, voicemails and emails. I will be filing a formal complaint to have this company removed as a Generac dealer and also file with the Attorney Generals office.

The owner is wonderful to work with. Explained every step and delivered on every promise. His workers were all very polite and did great work. I was very impressed with their work.

I got four quotes for purchasing and installing my generator  While Wolfgang/BSOC wasn't the lowest bid, he was very close to it.  What separated Wolfgang from the other vendors was his straightforward way of doing business and his extensive experience.  He delivered exactly what I wanted and did a very neat, professional installation.  The generator tested perfectly on the first try and the installation passed city inspection with flying colors.  I would recommend BSOC to anyone wanting a standby generator.

Can?t stress this enough, Wolfgang and his team are the people you want to hire to install your system. Arrived promptly on
time, introduced themselves, clean neat appearance, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the installation process. Very professional work, and they protected my home and furnishings like it was their own home. When the crew left at the end of the day, everything was clean and returned to its original state.    
Additionally, there was no hard sell. All the possible options were presented in written estimates, thoroughly explained, and prices
were honored 6 months after the original quote.
