Our shower step was build incorrectly when our bathroom was remodeled years ago. We have been experiencing leaking on our floor every time we took a shower and opened our door. Kedrick, did everything he promised by rebuilding our shower step and now it's perfect and no more leakage. We also had our floors cleaned and they look as good as when we had them installed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend him. If you need any tile or grout done I wouldn't call another company other then Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration. We have recommended them to several neighbors and friends and they have experienced the same service and quality of work.

Kendrick did a great job and the floor looks so much better. He cleaned the tile and grout and sealed the grout. He did a great job at a great price and I would hire again.
