I like them. He did a really good job. He goes out of his way to please you. He did some things that he didn't really have to do with the price he quoted me. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do.

D.E. Borland plumbing was hired to fix a bad floor drain in our basement. The iron drain cover was rusted in place. Upon arrival, they immediately went to work on the drain. They got the drain cover off, removed all rust from the cover and the surrounding drain pipe, installed a new cap seal in the secondary air line, and removed 45 years of dirt and grime that had built up in the drain. They then rooted out the main drain pipe and flushed with plenty of water to make sure all was well. We then had then install a new Moen cartridge in one of the bathtub faucets, as well as replace the water spigot on two bathtubs. The cartridge required some special expertise to remove, which they did quite well. They also repaired a toilet that had a problem with the chain getting caught under the flapper valve.
The men who performed the work were friendly, prompt, hard-working and entirely professional. I recommend them most highly.
