Residential and light commercial Cooling and Heating business started by my father, Dennis Boren in 1972. Rick Boren, myself, is president of the corporation and we have 6 employees taking care of more than 4 decades of customers in and around the Alton Riverbend area and St. Louis Metro East Area. The owner only cares about new installs and google reviews. I had a new unit installed a few years back and have had continuous issues with it since. Denson did some warranty work which did not fix the problem. Owner stated multiple times over the course of the last 2 years that the unit would be replaced only to find out that that was being said to sweep the problem under the rug. I had to call a reliable Trane company in another town to get decent service. 100% would not recommend this company to someone looking for a trustworthy business to service their purchase.

I have been using Den Son for at least 20 years, and they have always done a great job. My furnace is extremely old and Joe has kept it running smoothly with only a few minor repairs. I would highly recommend DenSon.

Overall, the service technician was courteous and very thorough in servicing my furnace. Although there was absolutely no pressure for a service agreement, I have since signed up for one. This is a great company, thank you!

The gentleman started up our propane furnace and checked it over. He told us our furnace was in good working condition and that come spring time they can check out our A/C unit if we wanted.
