Cabinet Making
He gained my confidence we agreed on four payments. Made the first payment around the beginning of February and all went well until Tony installed the skeletal cabinet structure in my home. At that time he played on my sympathy claiming he had cash flow problems. He wanted me to give him the second and third installment which I (foolishly) did. From that time on he was not responsive, he estimated the project would be completed in March and it was not finished until the end of June 2008.
