I waited an additional week for Prusak to call back. He NEVER did. I hired another roofer and the work was done within a week. Prusak STILL hasn't returned my calls.

They were excellent! From the initial estimate through completion of the job, they explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Their crew was polite and cleaned up after they finished the job. They made sure I was completely satisfied and I was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good. I had a bathroom exhaust fan that was going into attic and they piped it out of roof and put a vent there. They did it on there own. Finding some nails here and there but overall great

If I could give a higher rating than A for Prusak Construction and Roofing I would. I called to get an estimate on a new roof for my dad. Jim was not in the office at the moment but I was told he would call me back…and he did, when they said he would. We made an appointment for him to go out and talk to my dad and provide an estimate. Jim went out as promised, provided the estimate along with guidance to my dad which was very helpful. He was very kind to my dad and explained everything very thoroughly and kept in touch along the way. Because of this dad got a new roof and gutters within a couple weeks start to finish. They did a fabulous job, the roof and gutters are beautiful. I so appreciate Jim’s kindness, how he kept all promises and commitments and the fact that he made dad a very happy guy is immeasurable. I’d like to note that I did call other roofers in the beginning to get estimates. Jim was by far the best from all perspectives of customer service, excellent workmanship, and customer satisfaction. We met with Jim Prusak in July to get his proposal and bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be performed. He also answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We did get other bids but decided on Prusak. We picked four possible colors of roofing material and Prusak gave us locations of each to look at. This was extremely helpful in making our decision. We contacted Jim with our decision and made arrangement for the work to be done after we returned from vacation. The date was set for September 2, pending weather. On the scheduled day they were at our door at 7:15am and were finished by 4:30pm. They stooped once for lunch. Our property as well as our neighbors was left in exceptional condition. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Prusak Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof.  They include a 5-year guarantee on workmanship, unlike other roofers in the area. Jim Prusak was very accommodating and professional.  We're very happy with Prusak Roofing and would recommend them to our friends.

THE PRUSAK FAMILY, DAD & TWO SONS AND THEIR CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Jim was very professional and punctual.  He made me feel comfortable he was not just telling me any thing to make a dollar.  I felt he really knew what he was talking about and provided me with the appropriate solution for the time.  It has been several weeks now and we have had a couple more heavy rain falls and my roof did not leak.  The work Jim did seems to be holding up.  Thanks Jim!

Everything went as schedule with quality work.

I had worked with Prusak in past, so I called them first for new gutters/gutter guards in my new home. They are professional and did all work to my satisfaction. Their clean up was good. They arrive on time and work speedily. The only thing that bugs me is that, about 1.5 years later, my gutters are leaking at the seam. I don't know if that's just the nature of the product or a defect. Otherwise, I recommend them.

I called Prosak Roofing because I saw that they were on Angies List.   
 There was some taping on the ceiling of the living room roof that was starting to unpeal.  There was also a lot of water coming from the roof on to  the sidewalk which was turning the walkway green(algae). 
Mike replaced the broken shingles and installed a larger downspout .
Mike was very pleasant,&  showed us the broken shingles upon completion.
My husband  and I feel the cost was decently priced and I would certainly  use them again for any more  roofing problems.

Prusak's crew begun work at 7:30, I had to talk about protecting a newer bed of ground cover and found Mike, Gene and Jim available, very knowledgeable and in communication with the crew to our benefit. Rebuilt the problem roof and was gone at 2:00 pm. Recommended them.

They did a fantastic job. The owner of the company was out there almost the whole time on the job. He is there checking on the job and making sure it is being done right and exactly what you want. They explained everything up front. It was exactly what they said. They are very picky. It was a complete tear down and rebuild on my house and garage. It was done in less time than what they had planned. There are no leaks anywhere. I did not have a mess anywhere. It was all cleaned up afterwards.
