Peter was great to work with, very informative and great suggestions, mentioned a few thing I had in mind that I wanted to do and made some recommendations that I used and looked into. After obtaining a number of estimates, we made the decision to go with Pro Flooring since they were responsive, competitive and informative about our flooring solution. Another positive with them is that their flooring supplier, Merle B. Smith, is located in Burr Ridge, IL -- only 5 minutes from our home. This convenience allowed us to visit their showroom a number of times and also bring home flooring samples that enabled us to coordinate the flooring options with our newly remodeled family room. Once we made the decision to go with Pro Flooring, Pioter, their installer, installed the plywood sub-floor and wooden floor in 2 1/2 days. He was timely, meticulous and very responsive to all our questions and suggestions. This was not an easy installation since the subfloor had to be anchored into a concrete slab. The wooden floor then had to be abutted to two different rooms and built at a height that would result in the family room floor being level with our kitchen and dining rooms. All-in-all, this was a very positive experience. We strongly recommend Pro Flooring.

Peter returned my call promptly. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my square footage and what i needed done. No carpeting had to be removed, no furniture had to be removed. Just repair some boards, sand and polyurethane. I know, sounds fairly simple but i know its not. $600 for 200sf. I did not get any other estimates so i am really unsure if that's a good price or not. Quality of work was great, floors look beautiful, and Peter was great to work with. I would use him again, but i would get more estimates and thats my issue, no one elses.

We were very happy with their service. He responded to us right away. We called them and he came to that very day after work. He gave us an estimate right on site. We hired them right away. He followed through on everything. He was very professional and did a great job. They didn't fail us on any single thing. He was fabulous.

Peter is easy to communicate with from the beginning to the end. He was prompt at text, phone call, and email. He was able to start to the work with short notice and was able to provide all insurance paperwork within a day without any hassle. The price is affordable. Credit card is accepted.
He provided all stain samples I request on the end of first day after the sanding was done.
Overall, the job went well. I asked him to come back to do 4 small touch up areas where I found dirts and unsmoothness of the varnish. He came back without arguing with me.
I gave him B for the quality before the touch up in the room got worse than before and Peter suggested I redo the entire room for $400. Due to timeline constraint, I couldn't wait to redo the entire floor again.
However, overall he did a good job but not as perfect as I wished, he's polite, and I would hire him to come back and redo my floor in the future.
