KATHY AND MARIA'S CLEANING

The woman that they sent here worked all day long.  She worked very, very hard, and she did a very nice job.  She left her glasses here so i called to tell this man who runs this business.  However, he never came back to get them.  The girl get paid 40 dollars for working so hard, and glasses cost 300 to 400 dollars.  I just feel terrible that I cannot get hold of her.  It is more on moral issues.  She was very thorough, and did a good.  This person is very good an hardworking.

This team is awesome! They leave the house looking and smelling wonderful. I've used them for 3 years and need to make sure others know how great they are. They are always punctual, you get a reminder call one or two days ahead of time. I have NEVER been able to get my stovetop as clean as Kathy gets it. The only day my house is truly fur-free is the day they come. I wish they could live with us :)

The first time they were here a little longer, but now they come monthly, and I can't wait when they come back.

We have 3 small children, and had not had a cleaning service for some time. They came over, looked the area over, and quoted $130 per week for the whole house, including basement. We did not try to haggle, but agreed to their terms. In addition, our house seriously needed cleaning, so we agreed to pay extra for the first cleaning. They came promptly for the first cleaning, and only cleaned the two upper floors, not the basement. Since there was so much "heavy cleaning", we understood and paid extra due to the extra time. Although not perfect, we had them come back the next two weeks. Even at this time, I noticed some pretty obvious areas that were not even addressed, such as the wall in the bathroom right behind the sink which had soap residue on it that was in plain sight. In the next two weeks, we noticed that they did not do a very thorough job. Floors were swept, but not mopped. In fact, in the upstairs bathroom, they did mop the floor the first week, and I stepped on it while it was still wet which left a footprint. That footprint is still there today despite 3 cleanings afterward, which shows that they did not mop that floor again over the next month. Carpets were vacuumed, surfaces were dusted, but very little actual cleaning. Some of the toilets were not cleaned from the first visit. I wanted to let them go at that point, but my wife wanted to give them another chance in two weeks. They came this last week, took the entire amount of money left, and didn't even bother to go into the basement, which was part of the agreement. When contacted, they said that they could come back, but we declined. Why should we have to audit the work done? Quite simply, they only did a very superficial tidying, and not a cleaning. It seemed to me that they were more concerned with getting in and out, and not doing a quality job. It was ridiculous that they simply failed to address an entire floor of our house, yet took the money anyway. I feel that we got taken, and would not recommend based on the work performed over 4 separate visits to our house.

My overall experience with this company was great. They were on time, polite, and very professional. When they got there, I left for a couple of hours and when I came back they were finished.

Perfect! They did a whole house cleaning, and they cleaned things I had never even seen before. 3 person crew. I immediately asked them to come back once a month (charges for regular cleaning vary based on house size). They are always on time, super nice people, and they do a great job. They clean things and put them back in a place that is better than where I started, so I leave it up to them to do their thing, and I love how it looks afterward. I am so happy that I found them on Angie's List and would recommend them to anyone.

Kathy and her team did a very nice job, on fairly short notice. The house was about to go on the market, and I told her it should "sparkle." She was very responsive and understood, what I wanted. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

I have never been so pleased with a cleaning crew. Their level of thoroughness and attention to detail is really fantastic. Without specifying, she even vacuumed the throw rugs in my house as well as scrubbed the baseboards and numerous other places that were above and beyond the norm.
