She was professional when the call was actually returned. This company rarely returns phone calls or messages. Difficult to schedule. Service is good as long as you do not ever have to change your schedule. They rarely return calls if ever. You will be waiting for a call back..

I set up an appointment with this provider. They did indicate to me that they might be a little late. I explained that I needed to have a specific time. She gave me a time frame but they were late. They also didn't tell me that I would have to supply the cleaning material. They did not bring anything but rags. Two cleaners showed up to do the cleaning and it was not made clear to me that they would only work for an hour and a half each. They did not finish cleaning my kitchen. I had to have one of the cleaners come back to redo some work. I would NEVER use this provider again. I feel that they did not explain their policy. I would never have scheduled if I knew that they would only be her for an hour and a half. They didn't finish their job.

It went well. We continue to use them. It's always great to come home to the clean house.

They were very nice and very good. Extremist pleasant. It's just they do not respond when called.

Excellent a small downstairs service was excellent. I gave a 50 percent tip.

Three ladies cleaned from 12:30 to 5:30 and basically removed all the dust from my large and cluttered home, including from the baseboards. They were friendly, though not fluent in English. Normally Jadwiga herself is there but on that day her daughter was having a baby so she just popped in to listen to what I wanted and give instructions to the other ladies before she went back to the hospital to await her grandchild. I was pleased and will definitely use them again. (I used them once before, also to prepare for my mother-in-law's visit.).

This lady and her team are amazing.  She is so concerned that I am completely happy with the job she and her team have done.  There just isn't that kind of level of service and attention to the customer easily available these days.  I had a cleaning lady for a couple of years but as time went on she wasn't as reliable or service oriented as I would like.  Times she wouldn't show up on time without a call or just call and say she would be there the next day never asking if that would work for me.  It was like I worked for her.  On top of it she did the type of cleaning I could do which is not what I need to pay someone to do for the most part.  I suffer with severe arthritis at a relatively young age and unfortunately the type deep cleaning that needed to be done wasn't being done.

The first appointment I had for the initial deep cleaning three Polish ladies including the owner, she goes by Yadja, showed up and it was like my hose was hit by a Polish cleaning tornado.  All the furniture was moved, base boards we finally washed down by hand, they even moved my California king sized bed and cleaned under that.  It was amazing.

I couldn't be happier with the service and can't say enough about this wonderful woman and her team!!!!

Jadwiga and her assistant did a first time cleaning today in my large, very messy, very dusty, 3BR apartment. We know it will take more visits to get all the rooms. The living room and the front hall are spotless. The horrible master bathroom (cat box bathroom) is shiny and clean. The whole house smells good. They straightened, washed, dusted, vacuumed, and did not stop moving for three hours. I love her cheerfulness and enthusiasm. She either really loves to clean, really loves to please her clients, or all of the above. This is the beginning of a long term relationship.

I am extremely pleased with this Company.... They arrive on time and are very enthusiastic to clean... It's a joy to be able to communicate with them as my previous Service they spoke minimal English.... I highly recommend them as they are trustworthy and very hard working....

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine. Everything was great. They were very efficient, reasonably priced and everything was very clean. They were very helpful and came out about two weeks after I purchased the Big Deal.

She was easy to speak with and came on time.  our house was spotless!

Outstanding, better than excellent. They (K an J) were incredibly thorough, climbed behind and under furniture and appliances, and made me feel as if my house was the cleanest I had ever lived in. It got to the point that I enjoyed going around the condo just to see and feel how clean it was. The individuals (the owner and her mother, an employee) were always on time, professional, kind and made me feel as if cleaning my condo was the most important thing in their agenda. Just can't get over their thoroughness and detail and the kindness they showed me at all times. I would recommend them not only to friends, but to immediate family including the families of my five granDchildren (and that is saying a lot!).

k AND J not only made me feel [roud of the cleanliness after they leave, but incredibly good about having hired them (I hired K and J after realizing it was important to change the cleaning service that was provided to me before because I just was not satisfied with the results). The failure of the prior cleaning service became a 'good ting' because it gave me the opportunity to discover and use K and J.
I hghly, hghly recommend them. An A++++.

3 women, frustrated at not being able to clean up to their standards by the fact that I have books and things piled all over, did their level best. The house ended up very clean. I had gotten a coupon but paid them extra because it was such a hard job I felt bad about essentially robbing them.

Why isn't A+ an option?!  I just don't have enough good things to say about K&J cleaning.  They help us so much; it's like they just somehow know exactly what to do and what is most helpful to us.  The level of detail is super human and I'm always finding little things they do and appreciating it in between cleanings.  They are truly outstanding and the key to household sanity!  Trusting someone with your house isn't insignifigant, and K&J is the best- very reliable and just all around good people!  All I can say is thank you to Jadwiga and her team!
