"We apologize for any misunderstanding from our side. We thought that all was cleared up on the day of the cleaning, before they started working. Krystyna talked to you and later you agreed for them to clean what ever they can in that time. They cleaned 2 bathrooms and most of kitchen. They kept asking you if you are happy with the work progress and you have not complained then. You seemed happy with our service when they left and now we are very surprised by your comment. Also, Jadwiga recieved a text from you once the job was done : Great job. We would to know what made you change your mind?"
This lady and her team are amazing. She is so concerned that I am completely happy with the job she and her team have done. There just isn't that kind of level of service and attention to the customer easily available these days. I had a cleaning lady for a couple of years but as time went on she wasn't as reliable or service oriented as I would like. Times she wouldn't show up on time without a call or just call and say she would be there the next day never asking if that would work for me. It was like I worked for her. On top of it she did the type of cleaning I could do which is not what I need to pay someone to do for the most part. I suffer with severe arthritis at a relatively young age and unfortunately the type deep cleaning that needed to be done wasn't being done.
The first appointment I had for the initial deep cleaning three Polish ladies including the owner, she goes by Yadja, showed up and it was like my hose was hit by a Polish cleaning tornado. All the furniture was moved, base boards we finally washed down by hand, they even moved my California king sized bed and cleaned under that. It was amazing.
I couldn't be happier with the service and can't say enough about this wonderful woman and her team!!!!
k AND J not only made me feel [roud of the cleanliness after they leave, but incredibly good about having hired them (I hired K and J after realizing it was important to change the cleaning service that was provided to me before because I just was not satisfied with the results). The failure of the prior cleaning service became a 'good ting' because it gave me the opportunity to discover and use K and J.
I hghly, hghly recommend them. An A++++.
"We are very happy that you are interested in our services and sorry that we didn't have much time to schedule a time with you. Jobs like cleaning the windows in addition to home cleaning does require extra time. We try to be very thorough and at this time it we would not have enough time to do this job on a level where you would be pleased. We just started the Holiday season and some of our clients always request extra time spent in there homes and we feel wouldn't be fare to your mother to squeeze her in between appointments knowing that we will not have all the time needed to finish everything and leave your mom unhappy with our job. Sometimes our clients leave for Holidays and cancel cleaning and that is why we didn't call back sooner. We hoped to call back with better news because we always feel bad that we don't have time for some. Once the holiday season is over we are happy to schedule a time."
