Great. All work well done. Cost maybe a little high for small carpet area and 1 couch 2 chairs. Not sure.

They always do a great job. The solution is not soapy so you don’t get the stiff feel in the fibers after it dries and doesn’t attract more dirt.

They did a really good job. I spent $140 on their services. The overall experience was excellent. The pricing was good. They came early and so that was good. They are very professional. I will use their services again in the future. I already have my schedule with them for April.

I have two dogs and one of the dogs had urinated on the couch. They were able to get ninety percent of the stain out. That's why I just called them because they could get bad stains out. They did that and you can see vaguely, if you know where the stain was. If you don't know where the stain was, the whole couch looks beautiful. They got the smell out. There's no smell or anything and it was amazing I thought. I thought it was well worth the investment because you can't buy a couch for $200. They did a good job on the couch. I have no complaints. I thought the price was a little high but when they came in and did it, I guess it wasn't. They delivered what they promised. They were very quick. They came when they said they were going to. They were good. We will use their services again in the future.

Approximately 10 years ago, my wife and I talked about replacing our 10 year old carpet after we had our 3rd "professional cleaning" job done. The serviceman said there wasn't much they could do with the stains, etc. Shortly thereafter, we had received an add from Executive . Well, as they say, the rest is history !! Every 18-24 months now, we have Dave Rampage renew our 21year old carpet. And yes, my wife vacuums weekly and the kids have long since moved out, and we know some day we'll have to buy new carpeting, but not this year.

excellent! the owner, dave, gave me his cell phone # and e-mail address and personally responded to my many numerous questions about his products, methods, etc. he called me back the same day and came out the following day for service. wish i had him clean my carpets, too. he uses deionized water and environmentally-friendly, no odor cleaning products. his equipment is far superior and the best on the market. will definitely hire him next time. the company i went with was a little cheaper, but their products smelled for months afterwards, even though they were supposed to be environmentally-friendly!

They are very easy to get a hold of on the phone. They are very personable and have an easy rapport with their customer. They do what they say they are going to do and their rates are reasonable. They offer rates and discounts all of the time and they are very nice people to work with. It is a family owned and operated company and they allow personal access to them which I think is very nice.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID THEIR WORK QUICKLY AND THE PRICE WAS FINE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.

Dave did a beautiful job cleaning my 24 year old carpeting. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding the work and would recommend this company to those for whom price is no object.
