Dimensional Stone (Mark) is one of the best companies that I've ever worked with. The quality of their work is simply unmatched, and my expectations are very high. The countertops were exactly the way they should be, and the caulking work, which can really impact the final look of the countertops, is exceptional. They template all of the counters so you can see how they'll look when completed in case you decide to change your mind. I also liked that Mark was very knowledgeable about how consumers use their spaces and offered many great suggestions. They met their lead time as estimated and scheduled the installation at my convenience not theirs. After installation, I needed a hole to be drilled for a faucet accessory, and they came out and did it the same day without charging me. I've had a lot of experience with contractors in my home over the past two years, and most of them were a handful to work with either because of their workmanship, attitude, or habits. Dimensional Stone, on the other hand, are reliable, efficient, customer focused, and hold themselves to the highest standards of work. I gave them a B for pricing not because I think they are high priced, but because there are a lot of people out there who offer stone, fabrication, and installation at low prices, but I would be concerned about the quality of the work especially given the cost of granite, marble, and other stones.
